The fourth volume of the second edition of «Biotechnology» presents a survey on an increasingly important field of biotechnology:
- monitoring of the biotechnological process with sophisticated analysis techniques, use of the resulting data by means of mathematical models, and (computer-aided) closed loop control for improvement of the productivity of biotechnological processes.
The main topics discussed are: use of the variables temperature, рН for process analysis, optimization, and control, instruments for determination of chemical system properties, instruments for determination of physical system properties and future developments.
Четвертый том второго издания «Биотехнология» представляет собой обзор на все более и более важные темы биотехнологии:
- мониторинг биотехнологического процесса с помощью современных методов анализа, использование полученных данных с помощью математических моделей, и (автоматизированный) закрытый контур управления для улучшения производительности биотехнологических процессов.
Основными рассматриваемыми темами являются: использование температуры переменных, рН для анализа процессов, оптимизации и контроля, приборы для определения химических системных свойств, приборы для определения физических системных свойств и будущие перспективы.
